Meet your guide
Hi, I'm Shree, the person behind Clarvia Wellness.
At 19, I moved to Australia, stepping into a new country, a new culture and a life filled with uncertainty. Along the way, I experienced loneliness, anxiety and the challenges of finding my feet while building a life away from everything familiar.
My journey taught me that personal growth isn't always straightforward. Through mindfulness, self-reflection and learning practical ways to navigate difficult emotions, I began developing a deeper understanding of myself and what it means to find balance through life's changes.
Alongside my personal experiences, I've spent more than five years working in healthcare, including mental health and alcohol and other drug services, and completed my Psychology Honours studies. These experiences have shaped the compassionate, grounded and practical approach I bring to Clarvia.
My journey has taught me that healing isn't always linear. Sometimes it begins with being heard, sometimes with understanding ourselves, and sometimes with taking one small step forward.

Sometimes we need to talk things through. Sometimes we need to understand our patterns, reconnect with our bodies or find practical strategies for everyday life. There isn't one approach that works for everyone.
Compassionate conversation, connection and room to explore experiences without judgement.
Exploring thoughts, emotions, triggers, habits and the experiences that influence your responses.
Optional mindfulness, gentle breathing, grounding and body awareness, adapted to your comfort.
Developing coping skills, boundaries, healthier routines and everyday tools.
Taking manageable steps, reviewing what works and adjusting support as life evolves.
